Most of my students fondly call me Ms. T, an abbreviation of my name. I have been an educator for over 30 years, at both the college level and the high school level. I was also an administrator for several years, serving as the head of a tertiary institution, before moving back to the classroom, as an AP Physics and Chemistry teacher. I am certified to teach advanced Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. I am also a SECME award winner, for my role in promoting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) activities and education.
In addition to teaching in the classroom, I am also versed in group and one-to-one tutoring, having tutored with the MDPLS S.M.A.R.T. (Science, Math and Reading Tutoring) program.
